Brad Kotansky brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience in finance, technology, and growth strategy across Wall Street, startup, and corporate environments. He began his career in investment banking and served as a hedge-fund portfolio manager. 

Following his early finance career, Brad co-founded Onist Technologies, a Toronto-based software startup focused on household finance, and later held senior leadership roles (including CFO) at publicly-traded companies such as 4Front Ventures in the cannabis and software sectors. 

In recent years, Brad has focused on advising and investing in seed-stage companies across sports analytics, music licensing, healthcare technology, fintech, and SaaS. He applies his strong financial grounding and operating experience to help executive teams scale businesses, de-risk opportunities, and build sustainable growth.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
