A three-time founder who has raised and connected capital and cultivated a broad network, Tom currently serves as Managing Director of Arizona Founders & Funders, advises multiple companies, and leads venture formation, capital raising, and strategic business development efforts.

Forese brings eight years of elected public service in Arizona. He served four years in the Arizona House of Representatives, including as Chairman of the Education, Commerce, and International Affairs Committees. He then served four years as an elected Arizona Corporation Commissioner and Chairman of the Commission, overseeing matters including public utilities and securities regulation. 

His career combines entrepreneurial, executive, investment, regulatory, and public-policy experience. Today he focuses on bringing together founders and capital to build companies, develop investment opportunities, create strategic partnerships, and help organizations achieve their full potential.
